All the boring stuff

Sunday 26th May & Monday 27th May 2024

Please make note of these points if you are bringing a vehicle to the show

​

Firstly, NO HORNS, CHANGE OVER VALES TO BE USED OR REVVING OF ENGINES ALLOWED ON SITE!!!

​

The show is held Sunday & Monday, the light show will take place on the Sunday night.

​

There will be food served on both days on site, you will need to inform us what meals you want, this is just to make sure we are all catered for over the weekend there is to be NO OPEN FIRES

​

Bin bags will be provided to each truck so please use them!

​

Display vehicles can arrive on the Saturday (please let us know) until 1700 Sunday evening.

Then 0730 until 0900 on the Monday morning

Saturday is set up day and light show on the Sunday evening

Departure will be marshalled after the award presentation

​

All movement of vehicles on site MUST be marshalled due to public attendance

​

There is a maximum speed limit of 5MPH whilst on site. This MUST be adhered to due to public attendance.

​

There is trailer parking available, if you do require this please speak to Dave or Brian

​

If you are driving a rigid vehicle please make sure that any load is extremely light or that your vehicle is empty. This is because the venue is a grass area and we do not want anyone getting stuck!

​

Vehicle entry is £20 per vehicle, this includes the driver only, and extra passengers are charged at £5, please put this on the booking form.

​

Dogs are allowed on site and in the farm but must be kept on a leash at all times and please clean up any mess.

​

If you want to bring a caravan you can however it will incur an extra charge of £20 and we are limited to space, so first come first severed basis, also please note that there is no electric hook up on this site.

​
